Austin “Chumlee” Russel – 95 Pounds – No Processed Foods & Daily Workouts

Austin Russell AKA Chumlee became a household name in the entertainment industry for his appearances on the renowned TV show Pawn Stars. Reportedly, he always struggled to get slimmer, while at some point, he used to weigh 320 pounds! Fortunately, he managed to drop 95 pounds and keep it off by keeping away processed foods and falling in love with a woman who kept him on track, while there are many rumors that he underwent a lap-band procedure. We hope that when he ventured into the candy business by opening Chumlee’s Candy on the Boulevard in 2017, it didn’t have an impact on his weight loss.
