It wasn’t that hard for Kristen Vangsness to lose the weight she wanted. It only took a change in her eating habits and frequent sessions with a personal trainer to shed off 40 pounds from her frame. She has previously stated that the stick-figure look is not for her, so she didn’t feel like she needed a lap band or some other form of medical weight loss surgery to lose the weight.
