Valerie Anne Bertinelli is an American actress and television personality that has started acting in 1971, when she was only 11 years old. Valerie is famous for her role as the adorable Barbara Cooper Royer on a sitcom called, One Day at a Time that aired from 1975 to 1984. Later she starred in a religious drama, Touched by an Angel before starring and making big names as Melanie Moretti in Hot in Cleveland and most younger audience know her from that sitcom.
