The 1960-built estate is laid on a 2300 square feet land and offers plenty of space. The compound consisting of two storeys features altogether 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The waterfront property prides on its magnificent views throughout and the abundance of A-listers residing around the residential area should be enough to prove it. Other attractive features include an outdoor shower, high-end steel decorated kitchen, a master suit that spills into a deck space, and a dining area that also leads to the outside deck.
