Guido Maria Kretschmer – $1. 9 Million – Mallorca
The renowned fashion designer Guido Maria Kretschmer has decided to sell his beloved residence in Mallorca and is planning to move to Hamburg with his husband. Although it was a difficult decision, Kretschmer is at peace knowing he has created many fond memories in that home. The 310 square meters property was built in 1971 yet it was recently renovated and is now a balanced mixture of both modern and vintage architectural style. The grand villa features a spacious living room, dining room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a studio. On top of that, a swimming pool and a rooftop terrace adorns the house, making it more desirable for possible owners.
