Williams ist nicht mehr der Radiomoderator mit dem Ruf, mit Prominenten auf Sendung zu streiten, nachdem er sich in der Nische des Tagesfernsehens niedergelassen hat. Williams bestätigte Ende 2015, dass sie 50 Pfund abgenommen hat, nachdem sie jeden Tag das Fitnessstudio für Cardio und die Vermeidung von Junk Food getroffen hatte. Später enthüllte sie, dass das Nichtanpassen in ihre Kleider sie motivierte, schlanker zu werden, während sie den größten Teil ihrer Gewichtsabnahme auf gesundes Frühstück zurückführte. Inmitten ihrer Scheidung vom Ehemann Kevin Hunter und einem Aufenthalt in einem nüchternen Haus kommt sie ziemlich gut zurecht und hat 2019 nicht besser ausgesehen.
