Genie Francis – 40 Pfund – Diät & Sport
Die Schauspielerin Genie Francis, die Sie vielleicht vom General Hospital kennen, hat in letzter Zeit ziemlich viel abgenommen. Sie wandte sich nicht der Schönheitschirurgie zu, um einen Gewichtsverlust von 40 Pfund zu erreichen, sondern erkannte, dass alles mit der richtigen Fitnessroutine und einer gesunden Ernährung erreicht werden kann. Sie arbeitete mit Nutrisystem zusammen und sie boten ihr die beste Ernährungsberatung und der Rest war Geschichte! Francis sagte, dass sie nicht glauben konnte, wie viel von dem köstlichen Essen sie mag, das sie auf dem Programm genießen und trotzdem abnehmen konnte. Sie verlor 40 Pfund auf dem Programm und wurde sogar eine Sprecherin von Nutrisystem.
