Ann Wilson – 60 Pfund – Verstellbares Magenband
Sängerin Ann Wilson war sich bewusst, dass sie im Laufe ihrer Karriere eine gewisse Gewichtszunahme erfahren hatte, so sehr, dass es ihr einige ernsthafte Probleme bereitete. Die negative Medienaufmerksamkeit führte dazu, dass sie Panikattacken erlebte, aber sie war entschlossen, sich nicht von ihr schlagen zu lassen. Wilson war auf einer Mission zur Gewichtsabnahme und entschied, dass der beste Weg nach vorne durch eine einstellbare Magenbandoperation sein würde. Das Verfahren, das sie 2002 hatte, half ihr, etwa 60 Pfund zu verlieren. Sie kämpfte jedoch mit Problemen der Drogenabhängigkeit, die sie dazu veranlassten, im Jahr 2009 Leberprobleme durch übermäßiges Trinken zu entwickeln. Wir sind froh, dass sie sich in die Therapie begab, und 2018 veröffentlichte sie ihr zweites Soloalbum.
