Randy Jackson – 130 Pfund – Magen-Bypasschirurgie & Fitness-Regime

Zurück in den frühen 2000er Jahren kippte Jackson die Waage bei 350 Pfund, und er kämpfte sein ganzes Leben lang darum, Gewicht zu verlieren. Jackson erkannte, was Typ-2-Diabetes, das Leben auf der Straße und schlechtes Essen ihm antaten, und beschloss, sein Leben zu ändern, indem er sich für eine Magenbypassoperation entschied. Er verlor eine beträchtliche Menge an Gewicht und kehrte nach einem Verlust von 130 Pfund zu American Idol zurück. Er hatte die Waage zuvor in großem Stil gekippt, und der Gewichtsverlust gab ihm wirklich eine neue Lebenseinstellung.
