Adele ist eine sehr talentierte britische Sängerin, die eine unglaubliche Stimme hat. In einem Interview sagte sie, dass sie früher wegen ihres Gewichts geweint habe. Sie begann ihre Diät, damit sie ihre Stimme nicht mit ihrer alten Gewohnheit, täglich 10 Tassen zuckerhaltigen Tee zu trinken, und ihren alten Gewohnheiten, würzige und saure Speisen zu trinken, zu rauchen und zu essen, beschädigen würde. Was Adele bei ihrer Gewichtsabnahme wirklich half, war ihr Training. Sie behauptete, dass sie durch das Anschauen, Joe Wicks alias The Body Coach Videos, Gewicht verliert und es hilft ihr wirklich sehr. Sie trainierte auch wie Jennifer Lawrence mit einem prominenten Trainer, Dalton Wong. Ihr Training und ihre Ernährung haben sich wirklich ausgezahlt, da sie 42 Pfund abgenommen hat. Sie wurde kürzlich auf Drakes Geburtstagsparty gesehen und sah so wunderschön aus.
