Sie enthüllte, dass ihr größter Motivator, die Pfunde abzuwerfen, die Angst war, dass sie Krebs bekommen würde. Nachdem sie ihren Diätplan verbessert und sich häufig bewegt hatte, fiel Allsopp ein paar Kleidergrößen herunter und sieht viel besser aus. Sie erzählte Women & Home in einem Interview 2019, dass sie jeden Morgen um 6:15 Uhr aufwacht, um auf die Hügel zu laufen.
