Jill Scott – 63 Pfund – Fettarme Ernährung & Sport
Nach der Geburt ihres Sohnes im Jahr 2009 und dem Erreichen ihres größten Gewichts von 263 Pfund entschied Jill Scott, dass es für sie an der Zeit war, einige Änderungen in ihrem Lebensstil vorzunehmen. Mit der Einführung einer neuen Ernährungs- und Trainingsform in den nächsten zwei Jahren gelang es Scott, etwa 63 Pfund abzunehmen und wurde so zu einem begeisterten Radfahrer und Fitness-Fan. Seitdem Scott eine schlankere und gesündere Figur begrüßt hat, ist es Scott gelungen, zwei weitere Alben herauszubringen: Das Licht der Sonne im Jahr 2011 und die Frau im Jahr 2015. Ihre letzte Tournee kam 2018 mit dem Titel Live In The Moment Tour.
