Seth Rogan – 30 Pfund – Low Clycemic Diät & Sport
Seth Rogan hat uns alle dazu gebracht, in mehreren Hollywood-Blockbustern als molliger Komiker zu lachen, und kürzlich, nachdem er etwas Gewicht für seine Rolle im Film Green Hornet 2011 verloren hatte, berichtete er, dass Rogan es geschafft hat, sein Gewichtsabnahmeziel in nur 10 Wochen zu erreichen, und er verlor unglaubliche 30 Pfund. Er erklärte, dass das erste, was er umschaltete, seine Mahlzeiten waren, indem er nährstoffreiche Lebensmittel mit einem niedrigen glykämischen Index konsumierte. Es half, sein Energieniveau zu steigern und ihn länger voll zu halten. Er trainierte auch fünfmal pro Woche mit einem Trainer, um die unglaublichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
