Ricki Lake – 100+ Pfund – Winzige Nahrungsportionen & Sport
Mit atemberaubenden 260 Pfund entschied sich Ricki Lake 2007, die Kontrolle über ihre Gesundheit zurückzuerobern, nachdem sie jahrelang mit Depressionen aufgrund ihres Gewichts zu kämpfen hatte. Zunächst reduzierte Lake ihre Kalorienzufuhr drastisch und lief jeden Tag, gewann dann aber wieder etwas von dem Gewicht zurück, bis sie inspiriert wurde, 2011 an Dancing with the Stars teilzunehmen. Sie belegte nur den dritten Platz, konnte aber 20 Pfund abnehmen. Lake hat auch die Nutzung der Dienstleistungen von gesunden Nahrungslieferungen und mehr aktiv werden für ihre Fähigkeit, das Gewicht zu halten.
