Nick Carter – 49 Pfund – Diät & Sport
Das ehemalige Mitglied der Backstreet Boys, Nick Carter, wog einmal 240 Pfund. Seine Freunde und Berater schlugen dem Sänger mehr als wahrscheinlich vor, Gewichtsabnahmepillen in Betracht zu ziehen, um bei seiner Figur zu helfen. Es half nicht, dass er einen zehnjährigen Kampf gegen die Drogenabhängigkeit führte und 2009 auch die Diagnose Kardiomyopathie erhielt. Nick hatte jedoch andere Pläne. Er stellte einen Personal Trainer ein und machte regelmäßig Ausflüge ins Fitnessstudio. Er entwickelte auch einen strengen Diätplan, der 1.400 Kalorien nicht überschritt. Apropos Hingabe! Er verlor insgesamt 65 Pfund, dank seiner Trainingsroutine und seines Mahlzeitenplans.
