Kirstie Allsopp – 20 pounds – Diet & Exercise
Kirstie Allsopp always used to be a rather curvy woman. The presenter of British TV show Location, Location, Location decided that it was about time to seek help and get some advice on the optimum nutrition for her age and body type. She revealed that her biggest motivator to shed off the pounds was the fear that she would get cancer. After improving her diet plan and taking up frequent exercise, Allsopp dropped down a couple of dress sizes and looks a lot better. She told Women & Home in a 2019 interview that she wakes up at 6:15 each morning to go running up hills.
