Eu tive que aprender o controle da porção. ” Ela disse. Lauren Alaina passou um processo de educação alimentar onde ela começou a ver os alimentos de uma nova forma, entendendo mais sobre suas funções e as quantidades necessárias de cada tipo de alimento a cada dia.
