Ela começou em uma rotina de exercícios que envolve a mistura de cardio e treinamento de força. Mas todo esse peso não desapareceria se alguém não cuidasse do que comiam, o que significa que Rachael também estava de dieta, uma dieta mediterrânea para ser exata. Consome principalmente saladas, legumes e azeite extra-virgem e certificando-se de beber 8 copos de água por dia.
