Com mais de 180 quilos em 2013, Graham estava colocando sua saúde em perigo, então ele decidiu se submeter a uma cirurgia para ajudar a perder peso, e no primeiro ano ele perdeu 68 quilos e terminou seu primeiro 10K ao lado de sua esposa.
