Quase dez anos atrás, Sela Ward fez uma revelação ao USA Today, alegando que ela não podia mais manter sua figura em forma, já que seu metabolismo juvenil a abandonou. No entanto, uma década depois, e agora com 61 anos, Ward parece melhor do que nunca. Na foto acima, que foi tirada em 2011 em West Hollywood, Ward é vista ainda com aquele brilho e corpo jovem que ela balançava desde anos atrás. Ela revela que sua figura corporal depende de três exercícios de cardio por dia, passados principalmente em seu Stairmaster.
