Desde então, a musa coleciona papéis de bastante sucesso, tendo participado de novelas como Irmãos Coragem, Uga Uga e Flor do Caribe. Ela também morou um período em Los Angeles, onde se dedicou ao estudo do cinema. Atualmente, Rita Guedes está no elenco da série Arcanjo Renegado, da Globoplay, interpretando a personagem Manuela Berengher.
