Ele é provavelmente mais conhecido por seu papel como o cabo Louis LeBeau na série de TV Hogan’s Heroes. Tendo sobrevivido a um começo trágico na vida, ele foi capaz de construir um bom patrimônio de US$ 20 milhões, que ele pudesse relaxar e aproveitar em sua aposentadoria.
