After calling time up with his royal duties, the father of four retired to Wood Farm, located in Norfolk’s Sandringham Estate, and he had been living there until his untimely demise.
The address befits a man of his stature, with its expansive lawns that provided acres of space for Prince Philip, who loved the outdoors. Horse riding was among his favorite hobbies, and it explains why he settled for this peaceful residence.
