Die Göttin der Urknalltheorie, Kaley Cuoco, hat einen Knallkörper und sie schuldet ihn zu 100 Prozent Yoga. Kaleys harte Arbeit hat sich endlich gelohnt, als sie jetzt ihren Traumkörper hat. Sie gab an, dass sie 5 Mal pro Woche mit Yoga angefangen hat und es wirklich hilft, ihren Körper zu straffen und ihn total zu transformieren. Kaley geht jede Woche zu CorePower Yoga, wo sie intensives Yoga macht, das ihr hilft, Kalorien zu verbrennen. Aber das ist nicht das Einzige, was sie tut. Kaley gab zu, als sie ihren Ehemann heiratete, begann sie wie er zu essen, was viel war und sie würden Mitternacht essen, aber sie entschied dann, dass es Zeit für sie war aufzuhören. Obwohl sie ihr Essen kontrolliert und intensives Yoga macht, würde Kaley am Wochenende einen Schummeltag haben, an dem sie sich zurücklehnen, entspannen und das Essen essen würde, nach dem sie sich sehnt.
