Seitdem hat sie das Gewicht verloren und behält ihre kurvenreiche Figur, die sie mit 130 Pfund beschreibt. Mit einer täglichen Zufuhr von 1.800 Kalorien kann Kim immer noch das Essen essen, das sie mag, während sie enthüllte, dass sie jeden Tag um 6 Uhr morgens trainiert, bevor ihre Kinder überhaupt aufwachen. Sie gab auch die Süßigkeiten auf, was ihrer Meinung nach immer ihre größte Schwäche war.
