Chelsea Settles, Star der gleichnamigen MTV-Reality-Show, ist kein Fremder für Fettleibigkeit, obwohl ihre Entscheidung, Gewicht zu verlieren, nicht mit einer Bauchstraffung oder einer plastischen Operation verbunden war.
