Schließlich packte sie ihre Probleme an und begann, richtig zu essen und wechselte zu Mahlzeiten, die aus der optimalen Ernährung zusammen mit einer Seite des Trainings und der Trainingseinheiten bestanden. Es erwies sich als erfolgreich und half ihr, 37 Pfund von ihrem Rahmen zu verlieren.
