Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi – 42 Pfund – Diät & Sport
Als Teenager gab sie zu, gegen Magersucht gekämpft zu haben, und Snookis partyharter Lebensstil veranlasste sie, die Pfunde auf ihren winzigen 4’8″ Rahmen zu packen. Snooki, nach der Geburt ihres Sohnes im Jahr 2012, machte eine Crash-Diät und nahm 42 Pfund ab. Sie schaffte es, ihr Gewicht auch nach der Aufnahme ihres zweiten Kindes im Jahr 2014 zu halten und kippt nun kaum noch mit 99 Pfund. Sie ist definitiv nicht die laute, aber liebenswerte Snooki, die wir in Jersey Shore geliebt haben, aber sie ist jetzt die magere, heiße Mutter, die wir alle bewundern. Sie teilt regelmäßig ihre intensiven täglichen Trainingseinheiten auf ihrem Instagram-Konto.
