James Corden – 85 Pfund – Diät & Sport
Der britische Schauspieler James Corden, der auch Gastgeber der The Late Late Show With James Corden ist, war schon immer ein relativ fettleibiger Mann, tatsächlich spielte er zu seinem Vorteil für die Rollen, die er in Comedy-Sketches und TV-Shows spielte. Corden entschied jedoch, dass genug genug genug war und stellte sich selbst einen Personal Trainer ein. Er schnitt auch Zucker, Brot und verbesserte generell seinen gesamten Ernährungsplan. Die Nahrungsergänzung und das harte und lange Training brachten ihm viel Erfolg. Er hat 85 Pfund abgenommen und sieht jetzt viel besser aus.
