Sela Ward – Once And Again, geboren 1956
Vor fast zehn Jahren machte Sela Ward eine Offenbarung an USA Today und behauptete, dass sie ihre Figur nicht mehr halten könne, da ihr jugendlicher Stoffwechsel sie inzwischen verlassen hat. Doch ein Jahrzehnt später, mit 62 Jahren, sieht Ward besser aus als je zuvor. Auf dem Foto oben, das 2011 in West Hollywood aufgenommen wurde, zeigt Ward immer noch den jugendlichen Glanz und Körper, den sie seit Jahren in Schwung gebracht hat. Sie enthüllt, dass ihre Körperfigur auf drei Cardio-Trainings pro Tag angewiesen ist, die hauptsächlich für ihren Stairmaster aufgewendet werden.
