Ela agindo como atenção das pessoas. Lídia começou a estrear na telenovela para os principais canais de televisão brasileiros e acabou se tornando uma estrela. Ao longo de sua carreira, ela ganhou um prêmio que foi o Prêmio Mambembe de 1981 de melhor atriz por sua atuação em Calunia. Mas depois de se formar em 1992, ela parou sua vida como atriz e se tornou psicóloga. Agora ela está casada e feliz com o segundo marido. Embora ela não seja mais uma celebridade, ela ainda tem fãs.
