Anne Burns and former American football player Wes Welker have been dating for about two years when he proposed to her. The couple got married in 2012 and they are still together. Anna is a swimsuit model and needless to say, she is stunning. Wes is a lucky man! The 37-year-old Wes and his beautiful wife have welcomed three kids since then.
