Padma Lakshmi turned a simple beach day into a masterclass in confidence, rocking a bikini that highlighted her incredibly fit figure. Known as the face of “Top Chef” and the author of multiple cookbooks, she’s a culinary powerhouse who takes fitness just as seriously. Her workout routine is anything but boring, featuring boxing, weightlifting, and jump rope sessions to keep her strong and agile.
As for meals, she focuses on fresh produce, flavorful spices, and healthy proteins like lentils and fish. She revealed that while filming “Top Chef,” she gains weight sampling dishes but sheds it with portion control, smart eating, and a strict post-filming fitness plan.
