Sie erkennen Jane Seymour vielleicht anhand ihrer Rolle im Bond-Film, Live and Let Die. Der besagte Film spielte eine Rolle in vielen Gewichtsabnahmeprogrammen für Frauen damals. Zu ihren jüngsten Arbeiten gehört die Teilnahme an der fünften Staffel von Dancing with the Stars. Sie hat auch Heterochromie, bei der ihre Augen zwei verschiedene Farben haben – grün und braun.
