Dann beschloss sie, ihre eigene Produktionsfirma Victoria Principal Productions zu gründen. 1989 interessierte sich Victoria für natürliche Schönheitstherapien und veröffentlichte ihre eigene Hautpflegelinie namens Principal Secret. Sie war auch erfolgreich als Autorin, da sie Bestsellerautorin für 3 ihres Buches wurde, die sich mit Hautpflege, Schönheit, Wohlbefinden, Gesundheit und Fitness befassen.
