Adoptionsprozess: Vor dem Richter gesteht ein Mädchen plötzlich die ganze Wahrheit
Warum?
Als die Richterin die Frage stellte, war Olive kurzzeitig erstarrt. Wer konnte ihr das verübeln? Die Augen aller im Gerichtssaal waren auf sie gerichtet, auch wenn sie zu nervös war, um sich umzudrehen und sie anzusehen. Mit gesenktem Blick antwortete Olive leise: “Nein”.
Ein lautes Gemurmel brach auf den Bänken aus. Auch Ana und Owen starrten sich gegenseitig fassungslos an. Diese Antwort hatten sie nicht erwartet.
Sie waren sogar sicher gewesen, dass Olive von ihnen adoptiert werden wollte. Schließlich hatten sie sie mehrfach danach gefragt. Die Anwesenden warteten nun gespannt auf eine Erklärung.
