Robert Downey, Jr. – Estimated $11.9 Million, East Hamptons
After recently purchasing the famous Edward DeRose Windmill Cottage in far away, East Hamptons, Robert Downey, Jr. certainly has us wondering if he is looking for an escape from Hollywood or he was he eyeing a ‘vacation home’ with the $11.9-million buy. But considering the cottage is four acres large and includes seven bedrooms and quite a few other expensive furnishings and inclusions, you’ll have to admit that this escape pod seems like quite the retirement plan. In 2020, Downey Jr. will be starring in a new movie titled The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle.
