After dating for a few years, they got engaged in 2013. They were married in a star-studded ceremony in 2014, the first-ever gay wedding broadcast live on E!. Lance and Michael welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, via surrogate in 2021, marking a joyful milestone in their family journey.
