Cheyenne Jackson, celebrated for his roles in “Glee” and “American Horror Story,” met Jason Landau, an actor known for “American Dreams,” in 2013 while both were attending a rehabilitation program for alcohol addiction. Their shared journey toward sobriety fostered a deep connection, leading them to begin dating that same year.
