39. Marcia Wallace – BREAST CANCER / PNEUMONIA / SEPSIS
Marcia Karen Wallace seemed to have had a tragic death in October 2013 for she suffered from multiple sicknesses. It was said that she was diagnosed with breast cancer, sepsis, and pneumonia all at the same time. Her battle against cancer led to her becoming one of the biggest cancer activists of her time. Her most popular roles were in shows like The Bob Newhart Show and The Simpsons. In the latter, she gave voice to schoolteacher Edna Krabappel, a role that earned her an Emmy award. After her death, the character was retired for the most part.
