Da sein ein unglaubliches Talent hat für Politik und Moderation wurde sei bereits mit vielen Preisen überhäuft. Sie ist heute 55 Jahre alt und bereits in ihrer zweiten Ehe. Zunächst war sie mit Michael Illner verheiratet, doch die Ehe endete bereits 2007. Nach langem Trennungsschmerz raffte sie sich wieder auf und heiratete 2010 Rene Obermann. Sie leben sehr glücklich miteinander seit schon mehr als 10 Jahren.
