Lynda Carter – Wonder Woman, geboren 1951
Bevor Gal Gadot die Rolle in dem neuen Wonder Woman Film übernahm, war Lynda Carter die ursprüngliche Schauspielerin, die die Superheldin spielte. 1972 gewann Carter den Titel Miss World America und von ihrem heutigen Aussehen her musste sie nie auf Körperstraffung oder Plastikanwendungen zurückgreifen. Bis heute baut sie ihren Reichtum durch Schauspielerei weiter aus, und man kann sie in der neuen TV-Serie SuperGirl sehen. Es gibt Gerüchte, dass Carter im kommenden Wonder Woman 1984 Film erscheinen soll, der 2020 veröffentlicht wird.
