61. Tony Burton – COMPLICACIONES DE UNA PULMONÍA
Antes de formar parte en el reparto de la película más famosa de boxeo de la historia, Tony Burton ya tenía experiencia en el deporte. Procedente de Flint, Michigan, ganó dos premios importantes de boxeo en 1955 y 1957. Usó todo este conocimiento y lo aplicó al resistente Tony “Duque” Evers, el entrenador del veterano boxeador Apolo Creed contra el aspirante Rocky Balboa, el que perseguía gallinas, golpeaba carne y destrozaba el inglés. Según su hermana, Burton fue hospitalizado de manera frecuente durante el último año de su vida. El 25 de febrero de 2016 falleció a la edad de 78 años, por complicaciones a causa de una pulmonía en un hospital de Menifee, California.
