Tine Wittler arbeitete schon einige Jahre als Redakteurin bei RTL, als sie die Sendung „Einsatz in 4 Wänden“ als Moderatorin übernahm und dadurch eine steile Fernsehkarriere vor der Kamera machte. Auch als Schriftstellerin ist sie bis heute sehr erfolgreich. Aus dem Fernsehen hat sie sich jedoch zurückgezogen und betreibt nun eine Dorfkneipe. Vor einigen Jahren wurde die Nachricht veröffentlicht, dass sie durch Abnehmpillen 20 Kilo abgenommen haben soll, doch dies stellte sich als falsch heraus und Tine selbst widersprach diesen Gerüchten. Sie scheint sich in ihrer Haut sehr wohl zu fühlen und auch nichts an ihrem Gewicht verändern zu wollen.
