Pauline Quirke – Yoga
Pauline Quirke looks incredible following her weight loss. She was inspired by her dear friend Linda Robson with whom she worked together during their Birds of a Feather era. Prior to her transformation, she was particularly concerned about looking much older if she were to reduce her size. But evidently, Robson managed to convince her otherwise through her own weight loss. By eliminating sugar and unhealthy drinks from her dietary consumption as well as including daily walks into her routine, Quirke has managed to reach her goal. Aside from that, she also took an interest in practicing yoga and has never stopped since. At age 60, Pauline is living proof that age is but a mere number.
