Many may know Jorge Garcia as the chubby guy from the series Lost and Hawaii Five-O. Jorge was also a guest star in How I Met Your Mother. In 2008 to 2010, Jorge has gain massive weight and he weighted 400 pound. So he was given two choice whether to lose weight or risk his health. If you are wondering why he gained so much pound, Jorge’s body is addicted to food. To lose those extra pound, Jorge seek helped from expert dietician and also workout trainers. He also switched to more healthier food. Jorge is still struggling in losing weight and we hope for his health, he will be able to lose few pounds.
