Mel Brooks é um homem de muitos talentos. Ele foi um ator de sucesso, diretor, comediante e até mesmo produtor ao longo de sua longa carreira. Ele foi um ótimo ator, e é uma das poucas pessoas que receberam um Grammy, Tony, Oscar e um Emmy. Ao longo de sua carreira bem sucedida, Brooks conseguiu ganhar um patrimônio líquido de US$100 milhões. Mas o que ele está fazendo hoje? Bem, embora ele tenha 91 anos de idade, Brooks ainda está atuando e, de acordo com ele, ele não pretende parar tão cedo! Ele deve aparecer como dublador em Hotel Transylvania 3: Férias de Verão este ano, e está no meio das filmagens de outro filme que será lançado em 2019.
Brooks tem um filho com sua falecida esposa Anne Bancroft, chamado Max que seguiu os passos do pai na indústria de Hollywood, e dizem que ele tem uma carreira promissora. Ele também é um escritor ávido.
