Bärbel Schäfer ist eine renommierte Fernseh- und Radiomoderatorin, die zwar vor der Kamera glänzen kann, doch in Bezug auf ihr Privatleben recht zurückhaltend ist. Es ist bekannt, dass sie mit ihrem Partner Michel Friedman und ihren zwei Söhnen in Frankfurt, ihrer Geburtsstadt, lebt.
Bärbel wurde schon Mitte der 90er Jahre berühmt durch ihre eigene Talkshow bei RTL. In den letzten Jahren hat sie ihre Karriere in die Radiobranche verlagert und führt nun ihre eigene Radiosendung. Das private und berufliche Leben der Moderatorin bleibt größtenteils privat, wobei sie ihre professionelle Seite über die Jahre hinweg immer in den Vordergrund gestellt hat.
