Joaquin Phoenix made headlines with his acting in Joker. His performance not only stunned fans, but made hi won Best Actor for Motion Picture in Drama for the Golden Globe Award in 2020. He is one of the top actor who has been nominated and won numerous awards and he has his supporting fiancée, Rooney Mara by his side. Rooney is also an A list celebrity and the couple met 2012 when filming the movie, Her. Joaquin admitted that Rooney was the only girl he ever search on the internet and thought that she despite him when they first met. Then they met again in 2016 to shoot another movie together, called Mary Magdalene. Shortly after they were done shooting the movie, the couple got together.
The couple when public in 2017 when they were seen holding hands and sitting together at Cannes Film Festival and he also told the public that they were living together. The couple got engaged last year in 2019 and they are always seen supporting each others on red carpets. The couple are an A list couple so they are always busy together. They even march & protest for the same causes. But the couple admit they do not enjoy going out, but they do love spending time together in their own bubbles.
