Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, the Country Stars have been happily married since 2005. Country music brought the singers together. They met in 1987 when both were still struggling artists. In 2005, after dating for years, Brooks proposed to Yearwood in front of a crowd at Crystal Palace in Bakersfield, California. Yearwood was over the moon, said “yes,” and they married in front of their family members at their Oklahoma residence.

The couple also supports each other in their passions outside of the Nashville music scene. While Brooks is entirely focused on his music, he totally supports his wife with her Food Network show, Trisha’s Southern Kitchen. Her show won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Culinary Program a few years ago.
